Acceptable Use Policy

FreeAIRoomDesign is for redesigning room photos you own or have permission to use. This policy covers uploads, design requests and generated images. The service is for adults aged 18 and over.

Prohibited content and uses

  • Sexual or NSFW content: Do not upload or generate pornography, nudity or sexually explicit material.
  • Violence or gore: Do not upload or generate graphic injuries, gore, threats or content promoting violence or self-harm.
  • Hate speech or harassment: Do not use the service to demean, threaten or target people or groups.
  • Content sexualising or endangering minors: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any exploitation or abuse of minors are prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • Deepfakes, impersonation or real people without consent: Do not create deceptive images of real people; photos with identifiable people are not supported, even with consent.
  • Copyright, trademark or privacy infringement: Do not use protected content or images of another person's private property without the necessary rights and permission.
  • Illegal activity: Do not facilitate fraud, terrorism, weapons offences or other unlawful acts, or attempt to bypass our safety controls.

How moderation works

Our server builds design prompts from fixed room and style choices. Users cannot enter free-text prompts. Our AI providers apply their own safety filters and may refuse requests. We check provider safety/refusal responses before displaying results; refused requests restore deducted credits or the free daily attempt.

These controls are not a guarantee that every unsafe photo or output will be detected. We do not operate a separate image safety classifier or a staffed review queue for every image. Report concerns through the channel below. Confirmed violations are handled manually; suspended accounts cannot generate designs or buy credits.

Report content or abuse

Report abuse or a content concern to contact@freeairoomdesign.com. The Report link on your results includes the generation ID. Please describe the concern and relevant ID without attaching sensitive images. We aim to respond within 72 hours, prioritising reports involving child safety or immediate danger.

Reports are reviewed manually. We limit disclosure of reporter information to what is needed to investigate or comply with law. You can request a review of a removal or suspension by replying to us at the same address.

Violation handling

We may remove offending images and suspend accounts for confirmed violations. Credits consumed by violating content are not refundable, subject to statutory rights. This does not change automatic credit restoration for a generation refused by the provider. We report CSAM and cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
