Refund Policy

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request. Email contact@freeairoomdesign.com from your account email and include the order details.

If you have used part of a pack, contact us within the same 14-day window so we can review a refund for the unused portion. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Generation failures

If generation fails, the credits are automatically restored to your account. This is a credit refund, not a reversal of your original payment.

Subscriptions

The same unused-credit policy applies to each monthly payment. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge. Contact us if you need help cancelling. Credits already in your account do not expire after cancellation.

Approved payment refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
