Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to provide room design generation and manage credits.

Accounts and payments

When you sign in with Google, we store your email, name and profile image URL. We store your credit ledger, order details and generation history. Creem handles payment information when real payments are enabled; we do not store card numbers.

Room photos

We store your upload and results privately in Cloudflare R2. Only your account or the browser ownership cookie can access them through our app. Images are retained for up to 30 days; download your favourites. When EvoLink or fal is enabled, your photo and design instructions are sent to the selected service and its model provider for processing under their policies. Photos may be sent to our AI processing provider and, in some configurations, stored there temporarily (up to 72 hours) to create the design. In signed-link mode, EvoLink receives a link valid for 15 minutes.

Daily free use and cookies

We use a SHA-256 hash of your IP address with a daily salt to enforce the free daily limit. We do not store your raw IP in our application database. Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process request metadata under their own policies. Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect Google sign-in and identify your anonymous images. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and your choices

Account, ledger and order records remain while your account is active and as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Request account deletion, data access or a correction by emailing contact@freeairoomdesign.com. Some financial records may need to be retained by law.
