Before you choose
What does one credit buy?
One generated image. You can request 1–4 images at a time when signed in; the number of images is the credit cost.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits and unused monthly credits remain in your account. Stored images are deleted after 30 days, so download your favourites.
Are failed generations refunded?
Yes. Credits are automatically restored if a generation fails.
Can I request a purchase refund?
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request. Email contact@freeairoomdesign.com with your order details.
How does Monthly work?
Monthly renews at $19 per month and adds 200 credits each paid billing period. Cancel before renewal through Creem or contact us for help; remaining credits do not expire.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. Sign in before checkout so the credits can be added to your account.
